The first results look good. They are larger as usual (1.5...3MB) but very homogeneous in size. Too large results have been my primary concern - but this did not appear so far. The current workunits are the complete initialization of a matrix made of 4.5 million domain sequences. In the future we will have to handle the updates, that are expected twice a year. Seems to be a small but useful side-project in SIMAP.
